Evaluate ranking queries and page context in a market-aware locale chain, then score topical relevance and independent content risk.
Apply the evidence gate
Reserve disavow recommendations for hard backlink evidence: a DataForSEO spam score of 80 or higher, or a near-dead domain with at least 90% broken backlinks and rank below 100.
